Fillable PDFs to be used on digital boards. INSTRUCTIONS: Once the file has been downloaded and has been filled in with the correct information save as a jpg to upload. To use the healthy meal icon instead of the asterisks this would need to have it added after filling in file be sure to save working file in a different name. Then place the png included with correct line of text. Again final is to be saved as png or jpg before uploading.
