Customer Needs Survey

The Family and MWR Customer Needs Survey (CNS) is open Mon 04 Nov 2024 through Fri 31 Jan 2025. The purpose of the CNS is to measure program/activity participation, patron preference, usage, satisfaction levels, and perceived quality of Family and MWR programs and services. The data from the survey will be utilized to integrate key findings into MWR programming updates and changes.
